Just Sharing a "WORD"
Hidden From View

Colossians 3:3 - For you are dead, and your [zoe] life is hid with Christ in God.
Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful experiences in life, especially if it is wanted. It is always exciting as the pregnant mother's womb grows and expands, to wonder what is going on inside of her.
You wonder to yourself, "What will the baby look like? Will it have blonde or dark hair? Will it have green or blue eyes?"
There's just one problem! You can't know the answer, because it is hidden from view. It is growing and developing deep inside the mother's body. Nobody can see it, but nevertheless it is part of her.
This is like a natural illustration of what this Scripture is talking about. Your life is hidden with the Lord Jesus. When someone looks at you, they don't see you. They see Jesus. But - you are a part of Jesus, just like that baby is a part of its mother.
This is exciting, because if you are a part of the Lord Jesus as He is in His power and glory, then you can have everything that He has! Is He ill? Never! He has abundant life pouring through Him. Is He poor? Not at all! He has everything that He will ever need in abundance, because He owns everything anyway. Is He sad? Not at all, because He sits at the right hand of the Father and it says that there is fullness of joy and pleasures that last forever.
Every one of your needs in this life is available in Jesus, because you are hidden in Him and a part of Him. I encourage you to reach out today and claim your inheritance!

Passing on a "WORD"

The Desert Will Blossom

The time has come for change says the Lord. For you have been living in a desert, and all has been dry and dying. This was needed to remove all the weeds and those things that needed to die in your life. Therefore the time of dryness was a good thing.
But now the time is coming for resurrection and new life. For the old has passed away, and those obstacles that stood in your way have now been removed. For my wind has uprooted them and blown them away. And you have learned to not depend on your own strengths and abilities.
Therefore you are ready now to receive new life says the Lord. You are ready to experience a new wind that will bring much water and restore your desert to life. For I will blow one more wind upon you that will remove everything that has died and has been laid waste.
When you see this wind do not see it as a disaster, but rather see it as a sign that I am about to do something new in your life. For once the old has been fully removed, then I will pour new life upon you, and bring you back to life.
And the land that has become a desert will once again spring to life and blossom like a fully watered garden. The dry river beds will swell with new life giving water and gush forth in great power. And you will have more than you did before.
For when I restore you and bring your desert back to life, you will not look back in regret at what you lost. For what you are about to receive will be far greater than what you lost says the Lord. And the seeds that were sown will spring forth to bear more fruit than you have ever known.
So get ready fo resurrection and a time of growth. Get ready for a new beginning. For the old has passed away, and the new is about to come. Lift up your head and rejoice says the Lord, for your salvation is at hand.
And you will sorrow no more at the losses and troubles of the past. But you will rise up with a song in your mouth, and joy in your heart. And I will enlarge you and cause you to prosper so that you may in turn become a blessing to many says the Lord.

Passing on a word

Be Faithful For Promotion

By Daphne Crause

Luke 16:10 - He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much.

The Lord wants to promote you. Did you know that? Yes, He's looking to promote each person, and it's so easy to receive it.

"How?" you may ask. I'm no spiritual genius, I'm not good enough, and I don't pray enough."

No, you simply have to be faithful to the Lord in whatever you're doing for Him and in whatever you believe He's called you to do. Faithfulness is one of the most important qualities the Lord looks for when He wants to promote you, and He's looking for people who will continue to do what they are called to do, even if it seems like something useless or trivial.

The Lord doesn't usually require you to become an instant success story and go from being unknown to travelling round preaching everywhere. You will usually start off slowly and pretty much out of the way at times, just doing little things for the Lord and doing them consistently and diligently.

Sometimes you may not have any definite role to fulfil in the place where you fellowship. You may not be a worship leader or a youth leader or assistant pastor. You may be doing something seemingly unimportant which others may not see. Are you a Sunday School teacher? Be faithful in your ministry and the Lord may promote you to a fully fledged teaching ministry. Are you a person who prays and cares for those who are hurting? As you remain faithful to this ministry you could be a pastor in the making. Do you have a burden and a yearning for the lost and unsaved? You could be an evangelist in the making.

Think about David, the simple, humble shepherd boy who daily kept his father's sheep. He led them out to the rivers to drink and was out in the heat and the cold day in and day out. Nobody even noticed him and hardly anyone even thought of him as worth anything. Yet all the time that he was outside tending those sheep, his heart was looking to the Lord and praising Him and worshipping Him. He found out how precious the Lord was by the way He created nature and when he looked at the stars in the sky.

And what happened to little insignificant David? He found such favor with the Lord in his humble attitude and the fact that he did everything for His glory and to the best of his ability, that He made sure David was promoted to King of Israel. The seemingly unimportant people are often the ones the Lord takes and makes something beautiful out of. He does indeed take the weak and foolish things of the earth to confound the wise.

So, are you sitting doing nothing much significant spiritually? Are you doing something you feel is not worth anything and you're itching to get going with something more positive and edifying to others in the body? Keep your heart humble before the Lord and do whatever you do faithfully. Then look up and get excited, because suddenly you will be raised to more important functions and much more promotion.

Hey Sister Linda, Thank you for encouraging me....again. I am not sure what God had me to say, but thank God you received a revelation from it. Yes- it is a blessing to hear God and act on His word. I thank God for His Holy Spirit daily. What we don't understand is the filling of the Spirit is not just a one time thing. It must be continuous, why because realistically we can not handle what the devil throws at us daily in our own strength. We must have Divine Power to go through what we do. That is why the "Pause for Power" word/ message from God spoken through the Pastor is so important right now. God wants us to be ready for the work He has called us to do. Everyone has a place in the church I can not do what you do or have to do. You specialize in a particular gift, talent, or skill. God called you to NJDC to do that particular thing. Now humanly thinking we may already say we can't . But God says Yes you can- he has already equip you and would add where He sees fit to you and in you for the work through you. That's why, It is our responsibility to maintain the fullness of the Holy Spirit . This responsibility is not optional, it's a command, and we must obey. Yes, it is a beautiful experience, when God entrust you with His words and to speak it, hear it , write it or move on His word its a great pleasure, because He choose you for that particular grace assignment to fulfill. I had an experience just recently when God and my grandfather had a conversation in front of me as he was near the end of his transition from this earthly space to his heavenly place. It was beautiful, amazing and an honor. Thank God for His Holy Spirit. What a precious gift.

This is from one of my devotion books I was sharing with the Pastor- Linda read

Here is the story in short: A boy went to pick black-berries with his mother and aunt, he had the smallest bucket. While the others worked he decided to play and explore. When it was nearly time to go, the boy stuffed his small bucket with moss and a few black-berries so that his pail could look full. His mother and aunt praised him for his efforts. The next day, the mother decided to reward his efforts so she made the boy a saucer-size pie. He saw that the pie was just for him, he
could not wait until it cooled, for black-berries where his favorite, he could see the plump berries oozing through the slits in the pie crust. Finally it was time,as his mouth watered he sunk is fork in the pie and discovered it was full of mostly moss.
The moral:
Many people want to experience the fullness of God's promises in their lives, but they are unwilling to do the work that goes along with most of the Bibles promises. most of God's promises are IF- then statements.... if we do one thing, God will do another. Our part nearly always come first.
Second wow;
Too many churchgoers are singing "Standing on the Promises" when all they are doing is sitting on the premises.
Hebrews 6:12
Pastor Linda sent me a message so during my response and nearly the end the spirit came upon me and had me to tell her He had a lot to say IF only.....
2 Chronicles 7:14 IF MY PEOPLE....... God is talking
O.M.G Linda, God is AWESOME!!!!!!!

Hey Sister Linda, I often wonder about the things God gives me to study, say, read or even my dreams. But of course after watching, praying and listening, He reveals Himself to me more and more. He lets me know He is real, I am in His will, I can do what He allows me to do, He will support me, He is there for me, He will stand by me, He will Love me He will keep His promises of the things He as told me.
Yes It tells us as the Body of Christ @ NJDCR that we are not alone in the things that concerns us, we have support, He will send more support. We just have to keep believing and trusting in the Lord. Thank you Sister Linda for who you are TODAY.
The Spirit of the Lord just let me know that If He gives it to you and He gives it to me, then truly there is a confirmation message that He is trying to relay to His people, because we are not alone and some of us a not hearing God (from their heart). The Spirit has much to say if only
Thank you Jesus!!!
any way Thank you again for your sweet & beautiful spirit.
Love you, Sister Barbara

Hello Sister Linda, glad you made it in.
I was thinking about what you shared with me about "Your garden" Well here is something to think over and add with that:
Water is the "WORD" of God right, and for us it's refreshing, it is used for irrigation & growth of anything. Water is essential to life natural and spiritually therefore one cannot go without water (THE WORD of GOD" ) very long.
~ Ponder, meditate and receive. God Bless.
