Just a note to post and encourage God's people.

When you carry a Bible, the devil gets a headache. When you open it, he collapses. When he sees you reading it, he faints. When he sees you living it.....................he flees. And just when your about to re-post this, he will try & discourage you.
Pass it on.

Hey my Sista, per our conversation,I am sending you this.
Worry is like a rocking chair --
it gives you something to do
but doesn't get you anywhere.
So, learn not to worry about anything,
but to pray about everything.

Striving For Things

My child I will withhold nothing from you that you desire, for I want you to be blessed and content. But so often these things tend to lead my people away from me. They strive to obtain and seek for satisfaction in the things that the world has to offer. And I want them to have these things, for it is I who created them. But I want them to have far more than these things! I want them to have my presence with them. I want them to have my love to carry them through.

Do you think that I would withhold good from you, since I was prepared to give up my very own life for you? No, I gave my all so that you could experience the wonderful things I made for you to their fullest. For what use are these things without my joy? What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul?

It is not gaining the world that is the problem. It is losing control of the part that counts. So look to me, and I will grant you the desires of your heart. I will not withhold anything from you. But do not be as the Israelite nation whose strivings caused them to gain the desires of their hearts, but left them with leanness in their souls. For without me, these things will mean nothing to you.
Just passing on another Devotional message
Love ya

The Pit

A man fell into a pit and couldn't get himself out.

A subjective person came along and said,
"I feel for you down there."

An objective person walked by and said,
"It's logical that someone would fall down there."

A Pharisee said, "Only bad people fall into pits."

A mathematician calculated how deep the pit was.

A news reporter wanted the exclusive story on the pit.

A self-pitying person said,
"You haven't seen anything until you've seen my pit."

A fire-and-brimstone preacher said,
"You deserve your pit."

A Christian Scientist observed,
"The pit is just in your mind."

A psychologist noted,
"Your mother and father are to
blame for your being in that pit."

A self-esteem therapist said,
"Believe in yourself and you can get out of that pit."

An optimist said, "Things could be worse."

A pessimist claimed, "Things will get worse."

Jesus, seeing the man,
took him by the hand and lifted him out of the pit.

I Have Not Moved

Before you were formed in your mother's womb, I knew you. I chose you and I brought you into this earth. I have held you in the palm of my hands from the beginning of time, and I have never let you go.
If you feel frustrated and feel that I am miles away from you, my child it is not I who moved. I have been there all along and I have watched over you from the beginning. You have moved! If you desire to feel my closeness, all you have to do is reach out.
Let go of everything that is stressing you out and drawing you away from me and just reach out and touch my hand yet again.
As you come to me in faith, I will meet you. As you reach out to me in hunger, I will fill your mouth with every good thing. You are so very precious to me.
I have planned your path every step of the way and even if you take a wrong turn sometimes, my grace is bigger than any failure. I love you and I delight in being there for you. Even if you have sinned and you are full of the flesh, my arms stand wide open to you.
I want to help you break free and I want to put you on a new path. A path that will lead you to victory and blessing. I do not intend for you to crawl along in life and just make it! I want you to live in abundance.
So grab my hand afresh and open your heart to me so that I can do what I desire to do. I want to bring healing. I want to set you free from bondage and I want to meet the desires of your heart.
I love you dearly, child. Move back into my presence now and I will begin a work that will result in a vessel more beautiful than the world has seen before, says the Lord.

Hidden From View

Colossians 3:3 - For you are dead, and your [zoe] life is hid with Christ in God.
Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful experiences in life, especially if it is wanted. It is always exciting as the pregnant mother's womb grows and expands, to wonder what is going on inside of her.
You wonder to yourself, "What will the baby look like? Will it have blonde or dark hair? Will it have green or blue eyes?"
There's just one problem! You can't know the answer, because it is hidden from view. It is growing and developing deep inside the mother's body. Nobody can see it, but nevertheless it is part of her.
This is like a natural illustration of what this Scripture is talking about. Your life is hidden with the Lord Jesus. When someone looks at you, they don't see you. They see Jesus. But - you are a part of Jesus, just like that baby is a part of its mother.
This is exciting, because if you are a part of the Lord Jesus as He is in His power and glory, then you can have everything that He has! Is He ill? Never! He has abundant life pouring through Him. Is He poor? Not at all! He has everything that He will ever need in abundance, because He owns everything anyway. Is He sad? Not at all, because He sits at the right hand of the Father and it says that there is fullness of joy and pleasures that last forever.
Every one of your needs in this life is available in Jesus, because you are hidden in Him and a part of Him. I encourage you to reach out today and claim your inheritance!

The GOOD Book tells us:

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow,
for tomorrow will worry about its own things."

If you're in a bad situation, don't worry it'll change.
If you're in a good situation, don't worry it'll change.
If you're in Christ, don't worry He won't change.

Thank God for Jesus and who He is and that we are His and the one who should change.

The Desert Will Blossom

The time has come for change says the Lord. For you have been living in a desert, and all has been dry and dying. This was needed to remove all the weeds and those things that needed to die in your life. Therefore the time of dryness was a good thing.
But now the time is coming for resurrection and new life. For the old has passed away, and those obstacles that stood in your way have now been removed. For my wind has uprooted them and blown them away. And you have learned to not depend on your own strengths and abilities.
Therefore you are ready now to receive new life says the Lord. You are ready to experience a new wind that will bring much water and restore your desert to life. For I will blow one more wind upon you that will remove everything that has died and has been laid waste.
When you see this wind do not see it as a disaster, but rather see it as a sign that I am about to do something new in your life. For once the old has been fully removed, then I will pour new life upon you, and bring you back to life.
And the land that has become a desert will once again spring to life and blossom like a fully watered garden. The dry river beds will swell with new life giving water and gush forth in great power. And you will have more than you did before.
For when I restore you and bring your desert back to life, you will not look back in regret at what you lost. For what you are about to receive will be far greater than what you lost says the Lord. And the seeds that were sown will spring forth to bear more fruit than you have ever known.
So get ready fo resurrection and a time of growth. Get ready for a new beginning. For the old has passed away, and the new is about to come. Lift up your head and rejoice says the Lord, for your salvation is at hand.
And you will sorrow no more at the losses and troubles of the past. But you will rise up with a song in your mouth, and joy in your heart. And I will enlarge you and cause you to prosper so that you may in turn become a blessing to many says the Lord.
Luv ya
